Description of what will be filmed: Art model man walking through his day (Day in the life of the Model Man)

Hazard	Cast member could trip over the model man/ camera wires   while they're in use.

Risk Level (1-5) Likelihood+Severity divide 2	2+3=5 divide by 2 = 2.5
Measure to control risk	Tape down the wires and keep cast members and crew away from the model man while it is being used
